SMMU Test- & Programming system

The Source Measurement Multiplexer Unit, SMMU for short, is a compact, modular test and programming system. Voltage and power supply as well as voltmeter and ammeter are integrated for stimulating and measuring the device under test. Measurements of capacitances, resistances, frequencies, currents and voltages between the connection points are possible. Additional functions such as incremental counter, internal and external temperature measurement are provided by the SMMU. The SMMU also has a mini DSP system for dynamic and triggered measurements.
